Katy and Rihanna are equal in terms of ability. However I prefer Rihanna's tone and delivery. Taylor is in the trenches, she's barely a serviceable or interesting vocalist. 

Kathy is somewhat competent. Rihanna would be second. Taylor is not a vocalist at all.

Katy > Taylor > Rihanna

Katy is the best technical singer but I prefer Rihanna and Taylor's tone.

Katy and it's not even close

Katy (Witness, Smile and Current Era) demolishes Rihanna (even during her peak) in resonance, octaves and consistency. Emotion, Rihanna wins as that is her best vocal trait. Taylor is nowhere near those two.

Unconditionally/Thinking of You and Stay/Love on the Brain are such gems that show their vocal talentry

saying katy has "resonance" when she literally screams… and taylor… chile lol… i need y'all to be serious for once

I voted Taylor as her songs sound the best to me. Katy's voice suits just some songs for the rest it's quite tiring

Rihanna and Katy are inconsistent but they're both better than Taylor

Theres only one poll Taylor would win against anybody based on ability: Marketing.

Katy has many bad performances but when she's good she's good. Rihanna isn't really a good live singer. She's more of a studio artist. She has one or two good live performances like the famous LOTB one but isn't a solid live singer most of the time. Taylor is not a good singer and can't compete with them.
