blown away Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Having no longevity would be when it was down to #40 already love, not #4
Mocha Posted May 3 Posted May 3 (edited) people saying it's a bad song just because it's not an oontz oontz track... Edited May 3 by Mocha 1
peacok Posted May 3 Posted May 3 She's the new BTS, Swifties are still obsessed with her but the GP has already moved on 11 1 9
Blue Rose Posted May 3 Posted May 3 It's not holding up at all, but this is not surprising for a Taylor lead 5 12
PoisonedIvy Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Honestly just let them think whatever, we always have the last laugh. Anti Hero & Cruel Summer should've shut them up for good but clearly they're all just grasping for life rafts at this point 1
Askeroff Posted May 3 Posted May 3 its peak in #1 in US and #1 in UK Global hit something that most pop girls only can wish for

Slightly worse, Anti-Hero was at 8.3 million globally at this point compared to 7.9 million for Fortnight but everyone already knows that Fortnight is not going to be as big as Anti-Hero.
vale9001 Posted May 3 Posted May 3 (edited) Being anti Taylor btw must be the most traumatic experience ....sometimes i feel sorry for you imagine feeling you feel you have to open and comment about a song being number one for two weeks to talk about longevity...while the song it's at its 8M+ 15th consecutive days on spotify, when a 7M debut and than 4m the second day it's already great for people at the second album- All while the album is at 2B streams in 2 weeks and sold 5M copie. Imagine how lonely you must feel to have the need to talk about something like this Edited May 3 by vale9001
byzantium Posted May 3 Posted May 3 No longevity, and yet, ATRL user Space Cowboy is still making threads about it? Seems like it made quite an impact. 1

The Music Industry Posted May 3 Posted May 3 People trying to drag numbers their own favorite artists could never pull will never not be funny to me, especially when they then try to convince us it's impressive when their faves achieve half of that! 4
MusicLoverDude Posted May 3 Posted May 3 It's a decent song, but other tracks on the album are better.
montacelo Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Yea OP has a point and you can tell bc it gets under the swifties skin 1 1 3

This obsession with differentiating types of music consumers and acting like GP is better when at the end a stream is still a stream.

By the Water Posted May 3 Posted May 3 It's funny considering a few months ago we had threads bragging about songs being top 40 as a sign of "longevity" If you want to see what no longevity looks like, certain "hits" by some girls are getting outstreamed by Cruel Summer while their recently released albums are on the verge of being outstreamed by 2019's Lover 1
bad guy Posted May 3 Posted May 3 "Biggest artist ever" and being outstreamed by her opening act was not on my bingo card 3 3 6
The Music Industry Posted May 3 Posted May 3 6 minutes ago, bad guy said: "Biggest artist ever" and being outstreamed by her opening act was not on my bingo card Taylor is getting 125M+ daily streams, she is not being outstreamed by anyone any time soon. Reducing her success to one song (as if she didn't just release 30 other songs people are busy streaming as well) is not the gotcha moment you think it is 8
stevyy Posted May 3 Posted May 3 It served #2 -> out of top 5 in Germany as well. It's about to leave the Spotify top 15 in my country. I think it is one of the weakest tracks on the album and I have no idea why it became the first single.
