They do, there was a pretty big tweet from a Bey stan account that got traction on X, its annoying tbh.

 

This boils down to Post being IN THE STUDIO with Taylor versus Beyonce having him send a verse that she didnt use for 6 years.

this is really the most uninteresting thing ever but maybe Post appreciated more the experienxce with taylor cause he actually met the artist in question and worked with her, instead of only getting a call phone from a team and putting his voice on a demo.

 

Also the post was a celebration of the song going  #1 on spotify.

He's probably never even met Bey. She's my fav but im not gonna pretend like she doesn't keep industry folks at an arm's length. She's been around n seen grimy folks so i don't blame her for keeping her space sacred but obviously a feature artist is going to be more effusive about the artist he got to connect with more i.e. recording together in the studio

 

And this is all over insta caption   I thought he posted a video tribute for Taylor or something

Post made those posts because he & Taylor are close friends, they wrote the song together in the studio, filmed a MV together & she gave him his first #1 on the Hot 100 in 5 years (while none of this happened with the Beyonce collab).

Getting angry at who is by all accounts one of the nicest most chill dudes in the business over this of all things is insane. 

 

It's quite clear he had to be more involved in Fortnight down to being in the studio and being on set for the video. It makes sense that he had more to say about it. He did more work for it. Not to mention it appears to be far more recent work than Levii's Jeans which would leave it fresher in his mind. 

 

It doesn't mean he appreciates Beyonce any less or cares about the song any less.
