i don't want any songs about travis on this album... only heartwrenching ballads about joe please

then I want album 12 to be full of fun love songs with clever lyrics like cruel summer, with maybe 1 or 2 songs dragging ratty

:suburban:

I actually love the idea of a progressive album. Starting with the thought that the relation is not working. Then the break-up and depression. Then building yourself back up (through rebounds and touring). And then finally finding a new relationship that gives you what you missed in the first one.

I won't be mad if it's only sadness, pettiness and anger directed at the Joe breakup though.

i mean the whole tracklist leaked weeks before the album was even announced as well and nobody gave that any attention either. it could be real but we never know

The tracklist that was leaked had "The Bolter" as the 17th track, which means that the leaker was from the vinyl factory and just saw the tracklist at the back of this new variant that was announced today. No one knows anything about the music itself.

Everyone is doing 32154512 variants for their albums now so it's not something exclusive to her. I do believe that some fans complaints are valid because this is gonna be her 4th project with multiple variants in less than 2 years though. I think you have to take that into consideration. Yes, nobody is forcing them to buy them but not all fans think like that and the majority of them easily fall for the marketing tactics. I personally haven't and won't be buying any. The dramatics are sending me. " PLEASE STOP. STOP. you're losing us" :toofunny3:

I hate it when artists do this exclusive tracks bullshit but whatever, I'll just get them from the d word site, or hope that she uploads them to streaming unlike Olivia.

I sense another repeak if this gets as many or even more variants as 1989 tv :alexz:

Yeah multiple variants is tired already. But its smart business wise, and the music industry is a business.

All her exclusive tracks end on the internet hours after release, and officially on streaming sites a couple months later. The dramatics are so funny. :dies: These people have issues and it's not a pretty standard selling practice's fault. :dies:

Both her official fanbase sub and the NeutralSwifites or whatever its called are deeply troubled. Its like checking into an asylum.

And we definitely deserve the upgraded version of the quintessential Taylor Swift album. :clap3:

Actually looking back, the leaked tracklist had The Bolter on it and not The Manuscript. Yeah that definitely came from a pressing factory, someone had their hands on this version's cover.

I mean, I also don’t care for the practice itself! I get it, absolutely! I’m certainly not going to buy four or five vinyl copies of this, personally, and will get maybe a few CD copies. I would 100% prefer a single deluxe version for my wallet, time, and sanity. But because I know my participation in this is 100% optional and voluntary, it’s the ones who act like she’s got a gun to their head who are, well, losing me. :keir:

But the bonus tracks will be available on Youtube in mere hours after the release. I know I'll just download those before they are available on Apple Music.

That's what I'll be doing too

Agreed. If it ends with her happy in love, it’s basically rep 2.0. Give us a sad album about the breakup, the heartbreak and rebounding to matty and weed and then still being sad and navigating being single at the end

What's hard about "not buying them" if you don't want them  :lakitu:

I will buy one (1) version of the vinyl and one (1) collector’s edition cd (mainly for the bookmark lmao). I’ve never felt the need to collect them all, so it doesn’t really bother me. I just feel bad for the younger fans who feel like they have to buy EVERYTHING.

I just saw the term “low income Swifties” used on Twitter in a 100% serious manner and I cannot tell you how loud the scream I just scrumpt was

Also, I feel like most Swifties who buy everything really only do it for a Taylor Nation notice and it’s like… please be serious. :deadbanana4:

I had the unfortunate mistake of going onto swiftyneutral on reddit. I hope to never do that again. Some of the posts in there were just...they make OTH look like fans. :deadbanana2:

Somehow ended up revisiting Post Malone's catalogue today and I was one of those who avoided Better Now when it was played everywhere. I get the obsession now Taylor, it's laced with crack. :deadbanana2:
