Redstreak Posted March 24 Posted March 24 The disrespect some of you gave teardrops some people just don't appreciate the classics! 1 1
Redstreak Posted March 24 Posted March 24 Also was there ever a definitive answer of whether she did or didn't film at the Hollywood sign?
PoisonedIvy Posted March 24 Posted March 24 (edited) It's so kind of Ariana Grande, Kacey Musgraves, Justin Timberlake, Fletcher, Shakira, Beyonce, Conan Grey, and Maggie Rogers to be releasing albums every single week leading up to TTPD. It is basically like rolling out a red carpet made of music that leads to Taylor's album release at the end. And keeps the music listener in me distracted enough to not be feral with anticipation for TTPD. Edited March 24 by PoisonedIvy 6 4

Imagine put Teardrops at #10 #11 track 3. The hell. You guys clearly never have a crush on a straight guy in highschool/ college. The song would hit extra hard. Edited March 24 by chiliam 2
MidnightsAtPeace Posted March 24 Posted March 24 1. gold rush 2. Treacherous 3. Style 4. the last great american dynasty 5. Love Story 6. My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys [NEW] 7. Back To December 8. Lover 9. Anti-Hero 10. Teardrops On My Guitar -----HELL----- 11. I Did Something Bad this was by far the hardest track to rank. songs from number 5 to 10 are interchangeable (excluding MBOBHFT bc it's just a prediction)

Squall Posted March 24 Posted March 24 I'm sorry but I have always felt like Taylor exagerated his participation in the songs he was involved in. 1

I mean he probably gets 1/4 of the take from champagne problems and 1/5 of the take from exile (maybe even more) and those songs alone have him set for life, let alone his work on betty or coney island or evermore or Sweet Nothing. It's fraudulence, but when Lord thought she was gonna be with him forever, I guess that's how they decided she'd fund his spending money... I hate that he uses it to pay for a D-tier PR firm that tries to drag her name through the mud now.

Well, she credited him for "producing" other several tracks on folklore so he could win AOTY. So he also gets streaming money from songs like my tears ricochet, august and this is me trying. It kinda hurts that he's forever gonna make money of her music, she had her own version of Scooter Braun inside her house and never noticed… 3

He likely did contribute a little to the songs so its fine he is getting some money.
