Not really true. They do cloud seeding but the rain yesterday is a natural rain. It was raining all over the arab peninsula

This actually happened last night and 4 people died. Not sure if true because they don't say these kind of stuff in the news. Just people gossiping in social media.
 

I did walk for hours last night just to get home. Unfortunately, Dubai is not ready for this kind of calamity because it rarely happens. I mean it only rains here once or twice a year. But cloud seeding seems to f***ed up the weather.
