Edit0rz Posted April 13 Posted April 13 (edited) Cold showers. No ice in drinks. Workout/Cardio. Don't drink your calories (water and black tea/coffee only. Adjust your diet to your workout routine, may need more carbs or fats depending on what you are doing but always refrain from processed foods. Don't eat anything with Soybean oil, Palm oil or Corn syrup in it. Check your hormone levels Testosterone, Estradiol, DHT for imbalances. Sleep regularly, take naps if possible.
