Kimi
Depends where in usa it will be oprah michelle and mariah, in europe it will be tina whitney and beyonce. don't know about other continents but "worldwide" is such a weird concept.
Rev8
It's a sin how little of yall are saying WHITNEY like..this legend is deffo top top (+Tina Turner was up there before R and B came along) Anyways, future will deffo be Rihanna and Beyonce with the new gen taking over Michelle is also up there, but her popularity is more of a peak one (Oprah for english places, but I think she isn't that popular outside that)

PrudenceHCharmed
In Asia it's definitely Beyoncé and maybe Michelle comes close? She was kinda worshipped by South Korean celebrities and Listen is basically the Philippines national anthem. Besides, is there any other black woman that visited India, Saudi, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and Japan before? Rihanna never really stepped foot in Asia even during her peak (apart from the wedding gigs which Beyoncé had done before). Besides, Beyoncé is widely known in Brasil, Oceania and South Africa as well.

WHITNEY is up there too. Everyone knows IWALY and it's not a faceless song like Macarena or Mambo n5.
BnPac
Beyoncé and Whitney for musicians and that's no contest imo. Michelle and Oprah (although she's not known in certain European countries, where she's known, her impact is huge) for personalities quite by a humongous margin. Whoopi is also a viable candidate. Marianah Adkins
Its Whitney, Beyonce, Rihanna and Naomi imo. Everyone recognizes these ladies Tina is a close fifth mostly bec Asia for some reason didnt care for her that much outside of Private Dancer. But ppl remember her atleast Oprah is lowkey local but in America, she was definitely the biggest.
