I love her commitment to pop music, she understands pop music and popular culture. She understands how to deliver a moment, and she understands how to deliver multi dimensional ideas that go beyond the song itself. I mean, "The Jade Room" could have easily just been a cheap throwaway gag in any other music video, but she came through and actually created a Jade Room page.
