shyboi Posted March 27 Posted March 27 all of that back and forth about how Shakira was at Beyoncés level for... this?
pride4jc1222 Posted March 27 Posted March 27 Tyla's album release has already been botched by not sending Truth or Dare for adds on Pop. They really need to let go of Water (it's had a nice run, but it's just about maxed out) and let Truth or Dare have its time to shine on Pop radio. Having a 2nd radio hit can only help her build momentum for the next album and her career. I'd hate to see a potential smash in Truth or Dare be wasted and Tyla just disappear like Joji did after Glimpse of Us.

How do you think her debut reached 17 million? with the pre-album singles streams from 2015,2016 and Calvin's single from 2018. 1

Future. has 8 #1 albums which shows he has a solid fanbase but he has also put out a lot of content in a short period of time to have 8 #1 albums. His biggest album is 3x platinum far from Drake's peak and his diamond song is with Drake...most of his singles are not even half way to diamond. i get Drake is hated here but to say Future is just as mainstream as Drake...not really but he's a huge consistent hip hop superstar which is admirable. Future is no where on Drake's level. I wish people would just be real about Drake's superstardom. It's him and Taylor. That's it. In hip hop, it's: 1 Drake 2 J Cole 3 Kendrick (mainly because he stopped competing after DAMN in 2017. His last album was meh commercially) 4 Future 5 Travis Scott 6 Lil Uzi 7 Lil Baby 8 21 Savage 9 Durk 10 Polo G 11 Rod Wave 11 YB 12 Kodak Black 13 Gunna Edited March 27 by trubleu 1

Only certain fandoms use it because they inflate the "sales" of their fave
alfonso12 Posted March 27 Posted March 27 nnnn those Shakira fans who keep comparing her to Karol G are gonna be so pressed.

KatyPrismSpirit Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Tyla #25 debut. Solid! Hopefully she serves stability
DemDam92 Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Wow great numbers for Future. Fine for Shakira, she missed the moment and half of the album was already released. The sales are really good. 1
Truth Teller Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Very impessed by Kacey doing nearly 30k second week, consistent on both SEA and actual sales. Especially considering the first week was an anomaly for her, so I expected a bigger decrease. And she's doing that with zero radio support 1

shakeyourbombom Posted March 30 Posted March 30 (edited) Shake my head, Shakira would've done better if she released last year or pick a better lead single 6 and 14 are only a few thousands away.... Edited March 30 by shakeyourbombom
family.guy123 Posted March 30 Posted March 30 Hopefully the most successful album of the millennium can knock that aoty winning trash out of the top 10. It's sea is way more impressive anyway 1 1
