you share the exact same experience i had. He also married and has a daughter now i think. Its been 7 years now and i'm kind of shocked  

 

Time flies girl you will be free from that toxic obsession after a while. 
 

My opinion is, work on yourself and do some soul/energy work. Discover yourself, eat healthy and start to workout. Things will get so much better
