CampfireSmoke Posted March 22 Posted March 22 It's scary…Recently there was a piece about how younger adults (<40 years old) have been diagnosed with intestinal cancers at much faster rates. The news made me think of this. I hope she recovers speedily! 1
Jotham Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Imagine having not one, but two family members go through cancer at the same time. This must be such a difficult period for them, I wish them a speedy recovery.
toxicgenie Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Very scary that they found it during another procedure. Hopefully the media backs off and gives them privacy. I wouldn't want to know more than she wants to share.

Erreur2 La Nature Posted March 22 Posted March 22 This does not surprise me. Someone hiding for months definitely has something serious to hide and it is often related to a disease. This is really sad. 5 members of my family have died from cancer. My mother got one too a few years ago but thankfully survived it - and life is never the same after a cancer. She has been forced to reveal it and probably wanted to keep it a secret to protect her family. Paparazzis are going to chase her now, it is gonna be a circus. I hope she can beat it. Prayers 9
Gottasadae Posted March 22 Posted March 22 This is sad, especially when you still so young. I wish her to battle it like a hero with high spirit and positive results.
Tudors Posted March 22 Posted March 22 And I got banned for two days after quoting a member who wished her and her fanily death. Yall were mean af and should feel bad now 1
SinnerCity Posted March 22 Posted March 22 The UK media will never learn, this is gross, the way they forced her to announce this very private matter publicly. How are you guys feeling now after joking that she got a BBL or whatever other disgusting thing you said about this woman these past months? Shame on each single one of you. 3
shyboi Posted March 22 Posted March 22 I wish this queen a speedy recovery, I like her, she seems like a very nice lady who just focus on herself and her family.

Never liked those insensitive jokes. People can be so cruel. 1
Subversive Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Another example to hold back making fun of people stepping from the spotlight, even if they don't make their intentions clear. Obviously most people joking around weren't intending any ill so hopefully they do now give her time to recover without much scrutiny
family.guy123 Posted March 22 Posted March 22 This thread should be closed and all discussions of the royal families should be banned. 1
OrgVisual Posted March 22 Posted March 22 All those rumours about affairs etc are so VILE now. Considering she had to hear that while battling cancer

You can't wish people death and then later say they weren't intending any Ill. Nope.
bync Posted March 22 Posted March 22 This is so horrible. I wish her a speedy recovery. I seriously never really understood why the whole internet was making up conspiracies about why she wasn't out in public. And I read and heard some wild, wild things. I hope this serves as a lesson to the media and the rest of the world of how insensitive it is to assume things about people in the public eye (anyone, really). No matter who they are or part of what family they are a part of. 1 1
Stepfon Posted March 22 Posted March 22 I thought people would have learned from the Chadwick situation but with social media being social media, things have only gotten worse. My heart and prayers go out to Kate during this difficult time, this is heartbreaking and sad news. 1
shookspeare Posted March 22 Posted March 22 the jokes were never funny, people are ******* weird I don't care about the royal family but I've always liked Kate for some reason, praying for her 1

So they do wish ill will, actually
jezebelvictoria Posted March 22 Posted March 22 I just realized this is the first time I've heard her speak. 1
