Everything else doesn't hit as hard though. For my honestly, BLUE still holds such a high bar for them even still that anything less leaves me wanting more. Run Wild is amazing too though. 1
arvu Posted September 9 Posted September 9 End of every song is amazingggggg I really like You hold me like water. It starts out with Kate Bush energy and then descends into Tame Impala meets ionnalee. This whole album was very experimental for her. I'm impressed. I enjoyed the whole thing thoroughly. 1

The whole thing is not that much BLUE or at least it does not have the sound I imagined for a sequel to it, definitely 'innocence of sound' was kinda clickbait :$ 1

Visually, it's definitely inherited a lot. I think Blue was sort of her setting loose with creative energy and hope and seeing what she can do and discover. I think that's in focus again with this album, whereas eras prior to now and since Blue have been heavier with darker themes and bits of grief and/or dredging up the past.
Bacratto Posted September 9 Posted September 9 How's everyone hearing it? Can I still generate to get it earlier? lol

Venice B Posted September 9 Posted September 9 I haven't listened to any song or watched any video other than innocence of sound because I want to experience the whole thing, I'm so excited The swedish version of innocence was amazing too, I think I'm more pumped for the swedish album than the english one. Genesarets Sjo has always been a fave of mine 1
Curaga Posted September 9 Posted September 9 What is "the choir from my dream"? Did she literally dream about a choir part for the song?

WTFFFFFF Spoiler Listening for a 2nd time and this time it sounded like I heard AURORA at about 4:08! edit: Just finished my 2nd listen of CLOSE YOUR EYES (haven't listened to BLUND yet) and the only song I'm not feeling is forgive her. It's kinda abstract, idk, but I hope it will grow on me! Edited September 10 by Curaga
