The music industry is a job, a different type of job but still one nonetheless and it’s about rubbing elbows with the right people especially with whoever is hot at the moment. Not trying to sound condescending and sorry for the tone but what exactly was she supposed to do?. For all we know her team/label probably pitched this. It worked in the end. 5
