publikcitizen Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Seriously **** Spyglass and Paramount. I hope Jenna can quit the movie somehow despite the contract. This whole thing is so insidious! Melissa is literally being blacklisted from working in Hollywood ever again. She does not deserve this for speaking up what is right.

This is insanity and if this is really the post she got fired over, it's not even offensive in any way like claimed? I'm slightly biased if this means Neve is the main character again, but it's still a mess… I doubt Neve would come back after what just happened
Hurem Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 This makes me so ******* furious. Radio Silence and the marketing team worked their asses off to revive the franchise (which they succsssfully did), only to now have the two Jewish guys in power ready to throw it all out the window because the main character thinks that *checks notes* killing children is not okay? 8 1
Hurem Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Also, people should stop comparing the Neve situation with this. Studio has the right to deny paying someone if they think they’re not worth it. Studio firing someone because they’re anti-genocide is crazy on every possible level. Let’s not mix it up. 2 2
Hook Up Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 This makes my blood boil. Would LOVE to see the rest of the cast stand up (or at least some of them) and this film gets thrown in the bin.
skankle Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 This is ******* insane The rest of the cast better stand behind her. 1
wantedyoutogrow Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 anyways my final franchise ranking would be: Scream > Scream 4 > Scream VI > Scream V > Scream 3 > Scream 2 I will probably watch 7 when it comes out (I’ve been a fan of this franchise ever since I can remember so there’s no way I won’t, sorry) but I already know it will be a panned mess and the worst of the franchise (deservingly) 1 1
wantedyoutogrow Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 also, according to some insiders the killers in 7 were going to be Leslie Macher and Sam & Tara’s mother

She wrote other things. The way you people now create post truth associations about everything is getting boring. 1

She didn’t say one bad thing in her posts and the only way you can see it as something negative is if you’re a zionist yourself and/or think Israel has the right to commit horrible crimes they’ve been committing for the past month. 1 3

ctlp27 Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Not a lot of you (and people's reaction) acting like she wasn't destroyed by critics and audience on how poor her acting and character was (and studio even realizing it by refocusing S6 on the sisters with Ortega as a pair rather than a lone woman-lead). Storywise, I really didn't care that much for her character (and glad we got rid of Ghost-Daddy appearances), like most of the new cast anyway. Outside of Neve, no characters is THAT important in this franchise, and even without her S6 did the best so I guest most people do not care that much either (unless they kill her). 8

She was definitely better but I didn't recall it to be a praise for her storyline, with Ghost-Billy. The last act is def the best for Sam in the shrine, I agree. But that character was no Sidney and that's why they went for the sisters dynamic (which was a way better approach to avoid comparisons).

I agree that focusing more on them as sisters and their dynamic was a good decision. either way, even if her performance was absolute dog ****, her firing is unjust and discriminatory. 1

BeachRat Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 it was fun while it lasted! SCREAM 7 the masterpiece that you could have been! we will always have VI at least (from the new trilogy)

Gaia Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 Not you guys acting like any of these people are known outside of Jenna who has not established herself by any means anyways. They could replace the whole cast and the public wouldn’t care if the movie was good.
DevonRoars Posted November 22, 2023 Posted November 22, 2023 They fumbled the bag. I'll be boycotting Scream 7
