filtering rate? it was probably people (especially fans) looping the song so spotify didn't count it for the charts

correct me if my math is wrong but usually the bottom songs on Global Spotify are at 1.2M streams. that would mean at least 400k streams were filtered out for it to not make it onto the chart.
