He looks “prettier” after the nose job (nose is less masculine) + the stylistic changes…so I can see why they would say he has gay face.

 

i like bigger noses and think he looks fine either way but I kind of prefer the after. He seemed to pay more attention to grooming and style after the procedure which may be what’s swaying me

It is the buzzcut, lack of piercing, the lack of a tan, nose scar that makes him more "masculine" on the "before" photo. I just pulled up photoshop and placed his new nose on his old face. The comparison is more clear now.

Getting bullied for having a big nose is a different type of pain. Those with big noses would know.
