 Miley has alot of good will thanks to most of the millenials and Gen Z have nostalgia from Hannah Montana. Doesn't mean that would always translate to her recent material tho

It's primarily a Pharrel single for his album.

 

This wasn't even sent to radio and has very low support on playlisting, Columbia doesn't seem to care much.
