This is weird but at the same time it’s not in some countries. I grew up in the Netherlands and whenever i would go swimming i would see man being totally naked while trying to change clothes. Like my family told me to use a towel to change my underwear and that i have protect my private parts but that was never the case with other people  

 

i believe those people also live like that in their own house. I don’t judge though but i don’t even change my clothes when my mother is in the room. Its out of respect.

Why is this a big deal? He can say whatever he'd like. He is human and freedom of speech. If he feels the desire to say it, then who cares. Or who should care.

 

American's just are too used to nudity being bad. It's too sexualized. This is coming from an American. 

 

To the person who was "traumatized" you saw your dad nude.... seriously? Unless it was sexual..... get real. Your friend was obviously just immature and too "programmed" so to speak. 

 

For anyone wondering, no. I never was nude around my family after a very young age. I was taught to cover up. I just don't give a ****.

I grew up in a "naked house" and being naked in front of each other was never a big deal. Like we wouldn't walk around naked just for the sake of it but walking from the bathroom to our rooms etc.

Nowadays when we and my siblings take sauna baths we are naked and no one bats an eye or even think about it
