Educate me: How did an American “country” artist (I know, she crosses genres, but just the overall perception) like her become big in Europe?

thanks to golden hour but she never toured here in EU apart from her first tour in 2013 and some randoms festivals dates through the years

It's not like she is playing arenas in the EU. The capacity is around 1500 to 4000

The general sale is today in EU, in NA will probably be tomorrow

EU is tomorrow on both ticketmaster and AXS, at least all the UK and Ireland dates.

so happy to see she is doing quite well consider her music genres and she is not exactly smashing the chart.

This prove that building your own unique sound and get good follower is miles better than some faceless hits.

Hoping for 12 from the new album, 5 from Golden Hour and 3 from Star-Crossed. She will I think ignore PM. She will probably do Three Little Birds and Don't do Me Good

My date is not selling well :rip: I really hope she doesn't cancel and they just end up curtaining the upper section

i hope she does some stuff from STDP and PM but doubt she will

looking forward to hearing all the DW tracks and hopefully a good amount of GH (special request for love is a wild thing please :allears:)

Do you guys think she'll ignore STDP and PM? :( I'd love if she did at least Follow Your Arrow or Merry Go 'Round.

As for Golden Hour, that's in my top 5 favourite records ever so I'd love a fair amount of that album being played though I'm sure she's played it a lot in the past. I also would love Love Is A Wild Thing! Also Slow Burn, Oh, What A World, Happy & Sad, High Horse, Golden Hour and Rainbow.

Star-Crossed is an interesting one because lyrically it's a little different to the new record but I'd most welcome Easier Said and There Is A Light from that record. Also lots of others such as Hookup Scene and Camera Roll I'd love.

I like Deeper Well but I'm still not a huge fan of it. I do really enjoy Cardinal, the title track, Too Good To Be True, Heart of the Woods and Jade Green so they'd be lots of fun.

I don't really listen to her music outside of what's on the records so I'm sure they'll be a surprise or two there that I don't know yet.

who's gonna tell her that Europe has more countries besides Germany and UK?:gaycat7:

FYA and MGR are two of her biggest hits, i'd be surprised if she won't sing them

She skipped Follow Your Arrow for star-crossed so it definitely isn't a guarantee. MGR probably is, but who knows.

i did actually manage to get my friend a ticket to one of the london shows on the roundhouse website just the other day. the ticket came up randomly. you've just gotta be lucky!

also I don't think the stubhub prices were crazy above face value tbh. i think i ended up paying £50 incl. fees and stubhub is about £70, and might drop closer to the show

I wasn't sure how much FV was! I'll keep an eye out for both Roundhouse and the scalpers! I'd looooove to be there

The tour starts in Dublin tonight!
