ddddddd when the remix album (with Billie, Lorde, Addison, Robyn, Rosalia, Chappell, Caroline, etc) debuts at #1 and she gets her revenge. a moment most pleasing! 

 

I would say drop some signed copies or something, but I just read that Chappell dropped a vinyl so she will most likely fight for #1 next week and I'm rooting for both. BRAT summer is still going strong so hopefully Charli's team fights for a re-peak.

I think Chappell will go to #1 next week on the UK albums chart as she has a vinyl coming out of her debut album.

The remix counts for the album chart, they count all the versions of all the songs in it. Chappell will most likely be #1 cause of her 2 new vinyl variants.

So the remix album will be combined with the OG when it drops? I forgot how the UK rules function but I think they combined Club Future Nostalgia with FN, meanwhile Dawn of Chromatica charted separately?

Club Future Nostalgia technically counted as a reissue cause the vinyl had the CD for the original.

 

They bend the rules a lot depending on how labels submit projects though

BTW today was the rumored release date for the album. Aug 2nd & her birthday  

 

Imagine if the label stuck with it.....pretty sure this would have leaked in full by June. We would have probably gotten Talk talk as a single in July and it's not strong enough to do anything (sorry for its stans!). 360 would be dead. Apple trend never taking off. Album would have TANKED. Brat summer cancelled. Thank god it didn't happen. /jk

 

I'm sure it would have been well received either way because of the quality, but I think the June release was really perfect in hindsight. Maybe a week later to get that UK #1 but it's not that important considering what she's achiveing.
