I want to believe that it is Kate, but I just can't. Doesn't quite look like her. And over the past few weeks, this Kate Middleton news has become pretty well known. So if it is William and Kate walking around, why didn't a single non-media person capture a photo or video?
 

I really don't think I'm being that crazy conspiratorial.

Why can't they just get a normal HQ video or photo of her? it's not 2004 anymore. And if that's Prince William(which I can't tell if it's him), then that must be Kate walking with him.

This was easy to debunk.  If you look closely you can see some chrismas decorations and lights and tinsels on those wooden houses in the background. On Google maps,there are pictures of that location from the previous weekend  and the houses dont have those on them. This video might be from December. Also she is carrying bags and speedwalking, but she isnt healthy enough to go outside and wave for 5 minutes and confirm she is okay. I dont buy it something is fishy here

Correction : there arent even those wooden houses there currently. They are probably some winter market setups, but are no longer there since its march yeah this video is old

The woman in that video looks at least 10 years younger. She speed walks and carries herself differently than I've ever seen Kate, not to mention while recovering from major surgery. While the whole thing is extremely odd and suspicious, it's the palace behind it, not Kate herself. I hope she's not struggling with a serious trauma or illness while having the entire world scrutinize her this way.
