No, but I think someone from TMZ assumed a skinny brunette woman walking with William had to be her but didn't / couldn't get close enough for a clear shot. Imo it really doesn't look like her and I'm trying not to be a tinfoil hat clown. If she were really walking out and about in some random farmers market there would be a ton of pics from locals don't you think? Or at least SOME other source with a clearer shot?

She's a future queen and one of the most photographed women in the world, and she completely vanished off the face of the earth for 3 months while the palace has tried to cover it up with doctored photos and explanations.
