People are saying it's not Kate or William in the video. Apparently the reasons are: Kate's bone structure looks off , she is too thin & she wouldn't be walking like that so soon after surgery.

 

One thing's for sure though - either this video OR the pic of her in the car from last week is fake, because she does not look the same for these pics to be only a week apart.

 

 

ETA: Yeah the top right pic shows that this is CLEARLY not Kate.

Do the Christmas decorations really mean anything though? I mean I literally have Christmas lights in my room and it's March.

That's clearly her in the video. Most abdominal surgeries you're unable to eat for a while during recovery and many are restricted to liquid only diets, could explain why she looks skinnier than usual.
