You need to reconsider that. The photos are fake means there is something seriously wrong with the real Kate. No one has seen her alive for months. For all you know she's in face bandage due to a botched rhinoplasty.

Streets are saying it was taken down because Kate is furious they didn't show off her BBL.  Queen behavior!

So I ran into some long post by a person who follows royal family a lot and they made some interesting points.

 

Like for example before Kates "surgery" they announced that Kate and William are going to tour Italy in early 2024. They wouldnt announce this if her surgery was already planned, whatever it is. Like a week before that announcement ambulance with escorts was seen leaving Sandrigham which means that injury she had was sudden. Also a Spanish journalist claims that from sourcers she knows Kate is in a medically induced coma because of a head injury. And this journalist has been writing about royal family for like 20ish years, even has a book out on Princess Diana and says she is 100% sure of her sources.

 

Some other person also points out that they were many stories in tabloids about Will having a temper and that they were seen throwing things at each other and even Harry in his book talked about how William used to physically fight him a lot and would ask Harry to hurt him back because he thought he went too far(this is just a person having a theory on why the head injury happened) Also some Information got out that Kates inner circle was blindsided by this and arent allowed to visit as William said that he wants her to have privacy. And William recenty missed his godfathers service for "personal matters" which is a huge deal. He wouldnt miss it of Kate was recovering well according to plans.

 

All this and the photoshopped pic rly made me wonder lol

Tbh have you ever tried taking a photo with one young kid, let alone three? It's possible they just stiched together multiple takes so everyone looks the best, however considering the circumstances that was rly dumb, especially when it's poorly done like this. It literally only made it worse
