Gaga superbowl had so much potential. It was obviously a good show but no way near meeting expectations in my view. Katy had left shark so I vote her

Katy's went downhill the moment those dancing sharks came up on stage and overshadowed her. It was fun overall though.

No shade to Katy but Gaga is simply more talented, better performer and vocalist that’s a fact

that’s why her HT show is above Katy’s on every list out there

Katy's was good, Gaga's was seriously legendary. if she wasn't a legend before, that performance solidified that she is one

Gaga is the superior performer and but I always thought her halftime show could've been a lot better. I remember feeling a bit underwhelmed after watching it. Katy understood the assignment better.

I feel the same way. I can't even remember most of Gaga's tbh (no shade) but I remember all of Katy's, so yeah!

In terms of spectacles, Katy's was the best in all of Superbowl's Halftime history tbh. It will be very difficult to defeat it's entertainment and replay value, especially those well-orchestrated props and transitions between sets

 

In terms of showmanship and performance skills, Gaga ate Katy up though. Gaga singing and dancing her ass off is very entertaining for me as a fan of her

I like them both but Katy's is more memorable overall because of her colorful sets (even amongst the other performances of recent memory) - it stands out. The others kind of gel together.

Gaga's performance was undercooked as usual. She really has the potential which is frustrating but missed the mark. She needs a better a Creative Director and stop going through the motions so much. There really doesn't feel like there's been much artistic growth since 2011.

 

She's easily the better singer & performer but I'd rather watch Katy's any day.

Gaga  Super Bowl is actually remembered and Katy Super Bowl isn’t that should tell you something.

But I disagree, I actually think is the best one after Shakira and Jlo.

 

She really wrapped everything up and gave us amazing moments, from sassy, to fantastic and straight up magical with that ending.

I kind of agree with all of this. Katy’s set and props were great but Gaga overall just put on a much better show.
