Is THE doing better than 16 Carriages because it’s a better song or is THE the official single and 16 Carriages is just an additional track? I’m asking because I’m surprised that it’s not top 20.

16C seems to be a track, something she released along with THE to show another side of the album. It's not on her page, in no Playlist, it wasn't send to radio and hasn't been pushed at all.
