KatyPrismSpirit Posted March 22 Posted March 22 whats the ultima slander about? its such a stunning song.
GrandeVersace Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Why is everyone dragging Copa Vacia? As if that annoying Carol G duet or El Jefe are masterpieces and the problem is Copa Vacia... 1
West Coast Posted March 22 Posted March 22 ahhhhhhh such an amazing album we love you shakira punteria is a massive bop too 2
Glamthony Posted March 22 Posted March 22 I really love it, it's far from her good old times and the quality she used to serve, BUT it's fun, cute, and joyful. I don't see it being a success, but at least she got a couple of huge hits last year, so she will be fine. 2
makeawish Posted March 22 Posted March 22 i haven't listened to one since shewolf tbh but seeing as more or less everything is being released today i thought i'd give this a go as well and this is terrific, really varied and she really can do anything she turns her hand to 1
Rid Of Me Posted March 22 Posted March 22 This is way better than what I expected. I thought it would be a mess like El Dorado Can she score a no.1 album on Billboard 200 next week?
commander Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Tiempo Sin Verte is very Cerati esque. She probably wrote it about him . 2
SinnerCity Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Como, Donde y Cuando y straight out of Shakira. Glad it's similar to her original sound but the lyrics aren't to be fair. Tiempo sin verte is a bop!
LatinFreak Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Nassau is incredibly sexy. Like I hear it and I just wanna be in a beach bar grinding up on some hot guy. Also this album really shines on a good set of headphones or some great speaker system. Even the old songs sound better for some reason. Copa Vacia was remastered for sure.!
PaloSanto Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Lemme stick to the new tracks; Puntería is cute. The video is.... an official video that's uploaded on her youtube channel. Wonder if the song is gonna smash considering how unexpectedly explicit it is for Shakira's standards. La Fuerte is fine but the production sounds thin, like it's coming from inside a empty can of beans Then again I should have expected it from a Bizarrap production ngl Tiempo Sin Verte and Cómo Dónde y Cuando are absolute HYMNS TSV was giving me such a strong FO/OF tea and CDC is very Sale el Sol coded in the best possible way (EP) is gonna serve future classic at weddings and parties all over Latinamerica. Book mark me. Cohete is lowkey serving interlude Nassau is cute, I dont see why she's calling it afrobeat when it's giving sligthly tropical latin Última is really good lyrically, but I wish it was a bit longer. It's sort of this breakup's version of Lo Que Más and Antes de las Seis. I loved how she switches it from I know you'll want to come back to I know I will try to come back. It's very mature and honest and it really drives home the point of the lingering grief long relationshios leave you with and how you're left dealing with it and trying to make sense of it. Se nos rompió el amor a mitad de camino, cómo es que te cansaste de algo tan genuino? This is the first time I listened to Acróstico featuring her kids and no shade but these vocals are making Emma Watson's Beauty and the Beast songs sound like MTV unplugged performances 1
Dark Phoenix Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Not the album being certified 7xP Latin = 420k units the first day 💀💀💀 I hate it here. Also since TQG is on Karol's album that means that the streams of the song didn't counted for this cert? Or it does now and it won't be counting anymore for Karol's album?

GeeDuval Posted March 22 Posted March 22 Is it weird that I'm actually enjoying el jefe and copa vacía now more than TQG? 1 2
Jaye Posted March 22 Posted March 22 (edited) 6 hours ago, lachiqui_klk said: the NERVE she had saying she put her career at risk when moving to spain… we have some of the most innovative artists / producers here (rosalia, el guincho, bad gyal, ralphie choo, tangana, alizzz, arca's living here etc etc) and she releases this basic ass album So apparently she didn't lie.
