Ayesha Erotica is a racist piece of trash

Yes, which is why no one wins in a battle between Ayesha largely not taking accountability for her racist past and Kim not taking accountability for defending Kesha's rapist.

That you as a Kim Petras fan oddly feel entitled to respond to Ayesha's passing and neutral comments about Kim's music with not just a false moral high ground but the worst of you being transphobic or mocking her mom for being a drug addict (how do some of you even know this about an obscure soundcloud artist) to Ayesha as mostly cis men shows most of yall baiting Ayesha on Twitter are as big of losers as Ayesha and Kim.

It’s honestly sad. Idk why I engage at this point. It’s getting tired. I mean at least I’m not writing essays trying to convince people I’m some morally sound person

Im in it for the bops, and so are many other ppl. Ayesha is clearly being transphobic and the defense of “Well, Kim works with Dr. Luke” isn’t cute. Just shows where their morals lie despite acting like they take the high ground xx

Exactly. There’s always an excuse for something: “B-but Kim stans” “B-but Dr. Luke” yet they’re finding excuses to side with a racist piece of trash that is forgotten and only edgelord gays on Twitter gives a f about.

They don’t care for morals, they just want to attack Kim. It would be less embarrassing for them to stop pretend they care and just attack her for her music.

Yeah when slayyyter got canceled a few years back (she never actually said anything derogatory about black people, and I’m a black person!) Kim was one of the first people who unfollowed and stopped associating with her which is dumb given her own associations

Ayesha's comments are jarring even for a trans woman but she's reacting to Kim fans sending her - for some reason - pre-transition photos of herself and calling her by her dead name and claiming Kim is a "better woman" than her?

the people who were posting her pre-trans photos yesterday aren't kim stans. they're a diff hoard of weirdos who've been trying to send ayesha back into retirement since like july.

Mind you Kim’s only problematic behavior is her association with Dr. Luke yet some members are finding excuses to show how worse she is next to an openly racist person that just went into a disgusting transphobic rant :toofunny2:

Ayesha is trash

Again, no one is buying this fake performative outrage on your end. Using Ayesha Erotica of all people as low hanging fruit to try and find some foil to make Kim look better for her upcoming release isn't convincing to 99% of people who don't support either Ayesha's wild racist past or Kim's continued defense of Luke for raping Kesha.

Someone not convinced Ayesha being gross to Kim absolves Kim of her own past =/= someone who supports Ayesha.

The only people trying to somehow claim either of these people come out ahead of the other is the same stans oddly misgendering Ayesha in her replies.

Now you are the one writing performative activism think pieces 😭

I only said Ayesha is trash and you got all fired up. If you don’t like any of them, why bother writing all that to attack Kim? This isn’t the “gotcha” moment you think it is.

I don’t recall Kim ever mentioning this person, and if there is ancient beef, then it’s very obvious one of them has moved on while the other is still ranting on twitter about someone transitioning at 12.  Complete loser in every sense of the word.

kim has been nothing but supportive of ayesha, mentioned her many times as an influence in the first **** pop era.

It gives bitter and jealousy vibes to me.

Ayesha is trans herself?

I agree the comment is much but Ayesha is also trans.

This is shocking to me, was this common knowledge? I guess I haven't ever seen enough of Ayesha to know if she is trans or not.

To be fair, it’s most people that don’t know who she is or what she looks like, not just you.  I didn’t know that Kim cited her as an influence until just now.  Imagine being the type of person to hear that and then, as a trans person, come for her transition. :rip:

Yes but no. It was always sort of known to chronically online Twitter users who were interacting with her prior to when she deleted everything but by the time she became associated with Slayyyter and gained more attention (long before Tiktok virality), any concrete information about her was basically hear-say because she dropped off the face of the Earth until August of last year.

I am not getting how people are trying to justify Ayesha's transphobia towards Kim. Let's say I'm a gay man, and some person is homophobic towards me. Would that justify me being homophobic towards another gay person?

I had first heard about Ayesha back in 2019 (around the same time I learnt about Kim and Slayyyter) and I discovered that her name was Ayesha Nicole Smith, which is why I thought she was cis. Because of her first name, I assumed she was Arab or from an Islamic family but I guess that's her post-transition name.

Again, I've literally linked to tweets showing Kim stans negatively comparing her to Kim in terms of femininity and looks, or flat out mocking Ayesha for issues in her own life like being homeless or her mother's drug addiction. These were not sent in response to Ayesha's gross comment but to Ayesha saying she thought Kim's sounds was derivative of what her and Slayyyter were making years ago and saying she was iffy on Kim after believing she was **** talking Slayyyter to people.

You can't purposefully bait someone - just like with Azealia Banks - yet think no one will think the baiting is just as unnecessary as the reaction. You can't pick a target that will obviously negatively respond in a questionable way and then hope this negative interaction garners one of those parties sympathy.

There's no reason for Kim Petras stans to be flooding someone as obscure as Ayesha's mentions because Ayesha commented on Kim's music and no one walks away from this vindicated or looking good just because stans got someone who shouldn't be on the internet based on their inability to handle stress without lashing out to respond to triggers and mocking with...well... lashing out. The wrongful and problematic reaction then doesn't justify the means used to goad said reaction out of someone.

Again, Ayesha, Kim, and Kim's stans all come away from this looking morally awful. The only person who walks away looking vindicated is Cathy in knowing that she's apparently being badmouthed by peers despite not having done anything herself to anyone that anyone can pinpoint.

Kim stans shouldn't be taking the moral high ground in any situation

Sucks to support a racist, but unfortunately for you Kim can't relate.

Or saying something like “Oh they came out when they were twelve, meanwhile I was enjoying being a kid”.  Actual insanity
