it was between mexican and italian for me... but italian, you're gone.

Mexican food isn't a thing where I live so this was an easy decision

 

I couldn't imagine life without either of the other 3 cuisines omg

Girl I am Pakistani and cook Pakistani food on the daily, I think I would know when to be disrespected by people lumping Indian and Pakistani food together (as otherwise we would get no representation at all)

I would go with Mexican because where i live it's not even authentic Mexican, just some Tex Mex variation that offers not anything spectacular in flavor.

Assuming we're going takeout only, I'll nix Italian. I barely ever get it so it wouldn't be too sad of a goodbye. Italian and Mexican are must-stays and I also love Chinese.

Not only that they literally used to be one country until the British partitioned Pakistan and India lol.

Food from the Indian subcontinent should be divided amongst ethnicity rather than nationality, i.e. Punjabi food in India and Pakistan is virtually the same, especially when factoring in the same religion of the people making the food (since some variants of food change according to religious restrictions or lack thereof)
