Indian food losing? Sounds about white for ATRL. The “I don’t like spicy food” brigade are out in full force. :ryan3:

It's crazy since most Indian food Westerners eat isn't even spicy because it's been adapted specifically for a European/American palette :rip:

Most of it is actually Bangladeshi rather than Indian but that's another conversation...

Italian :gaydonnacat1:

Italian food (at least in the US) is a lot of white flour pasta/bread and cheese. It’s comfort food for sure, but I always feel terrible after eating it. I feel like there is so much more variety and vegetables in the other three. There is a great authentic Taiwanese restaurant near me that makes amazing pork belly and A-choy I love; an amazing Indian restaurant with good chicken tikka masala and rogan josh; and I honestly probably have never had authentic Mexican food, but I love Tex Mex lol.

I’m majority polish and I can’t stand polish food. So bland and flavorless

Me and my family eat Indian food a lot and there’s so many mild dishes available. It’s weird that people seem to think Indian food = spicy. I personally do go for spicier dishes however, as I find they have more flavour.
