Prodigal Self Posted February 7 Posted February 7 Nope, it's a fan forced #1 but maybe it was too ahead of its time for some people

Gerardo Posted February 7 Posted February 7 Not really, @KOMH has done such a good job updating us on its chart performance, as well as the rest of the swifties, this has been discussed already on the threads made about the chart predictions some days ago, so no, there was no surprise when the chart was announced thanks on the updates, not even Ariana’s chart accounts keep me this updated 3
Poxy Posted February 7 Posted February 7 I saw a tweet saying “I’m telling timber” Anyway, I said it before but any song released to address a current drama always age like milk

єѕℓαм Posted February 7 Posted February 7 I like the song and can’t wait for the album hope it’s all house music inspired also she’s got nothing left to prove it’s not like she’s a new artist she’s a legacy act now

Britney still felt like a megastar during its release and the song's release felt huge It’s ATRL over exaggerating. HIAM was a big event and the song broke records and remained much longer in the top 10 despite the label making the whole release a mess. I’m starting to really enjoy Ariana’s Yes And. It’s a grower but the release (and upcoming album) certainly don’t feel like events and the unusual fall for Ariana is also proving it. High peak but forgettable moment. 1 1
thismoment Posted February 7 Posted February 7 It made 0 noise after the first week so not really surprised. Where is she btw? Why is she not promoting her music at all? She’s releasing a new album next month and it feels like no one is talking about it.

She literally says “Boy, come on, put your lipstick on” in the midst of the anti-trans propaganda height. You’d have to be an absolute moron to not support her for the lyric alone, whether you like the song or not. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Archetype Posted February 7 Posted February 7 H&M and Zara stores are still asleep, real numbers come in three months
Dante Silva Posted February 7 Posted February 7 The Nickelodeon show she once did was a long time ago and the fans of that show who feel nostalgic towards it are not as engaged with her newer content specifically in the U.S. where dance/ pop music is down-low hated by white straight audiences due to the influence of radio DJ’s with mass audience reach. At a point in time those national DJ’s collectively made a decision dance/ pop is culturally Un-American music and don’t wish to playlist it which means Ariana’s music won’t find a new U.S. audience (if she stays in that genre). However, dance/ pop makes her more relatable internationally so it’s a difficult balance to strike for any artist. 1
