SOS is more on par with midnights rather than records such as Lemonade and Renaissance so I don't get the pairing

Why are we acting awards always go to the most deserving ones to begin with?

Because Midnights didn’t have 100 people working on each song and was simply better than SOS. Seethe!

Bc Grammy’s are meaningless, especially if you’re a woman doing anything other than riding the trends of the time

renaissance, lemonade, NFR and tunnel are all recent examples

Grammy stage not big enough for all the co writers and producers of the not winning three?

So security protocol :ninja:

Y’all gotta stop paying attention to Grammys, they’re getting more and more irrelevant each year :toofunny3:

I don't even know what criteria you guys used to judge all these albums

But on metacritics or whatever, Midnight is only a few points away from those albums

The way you guys behave, make it seems like Midnight is some panned albums

Go cry i guess, hope you can never sleep well

Grammys are a joke. They do not award quality and talent.

What does Midnights winning have to do with Lemonade and Renaissance. Also the disrespect of comparing the latter two to the generic trend-hopping playlist that is SOS

Because each year there is a voting and turns out a bigger number of voters like Midnights, which actually reflects most people's opinion as we can see in the selling or streaming numbers. Pretty easy.

was it white privilege as well when beyonce became the most awarded artist in grammy history? why only focus on album of the year? a grammy is a grammy

I'm sure the committee is full of old white people who connect more with bland music.

Because a bunch of old straight white men decided so.

well to be completely honest based on my opinion of course i think renaissance is too risky for the grammys commite and SOS is not that album people pretend it is

lemonade on the other hand did deserve it.

just my opinion tho.
