I believe a good amount are either inactive or permabanned though. If this feature was implemented about 5 years ago, I would have no one because I'd think it would have been silly to have random people affect me that much, but growing up helps you see things in a different way, and if someone is being annoying, you might as well put them on ignore and move on.
