jakeisphat Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Go ahead girl, name it Jilted. But idk why she’s acting like it would be so exhausting. She could literally use AI songs and nobody would be able to tell the difference since it sounds like the computer is singing for her in all her other songs. 2
imason Posted January 3 Posted January 3 I love her music but let’s be honest she says this as if she drops a new album every year or something. She doesn’t but does have a good ear for hits that fit her voice, I think she should continue doing collabs after her last album at least.

If you actually read through the “Impact” section, it’s a whole bunch of buzz words & there’s contradictions in numbers reported. Raising money for “advocacy” sounds good on paper, in PR campaigns, press releases, & looks cute on a product, but there’s no tangible/material change reported here & nothing to affirm the stats. All they’re claiming is “reach”. Edited January 3 by FOCK 3
livelikemusic Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Disappointed but understandable. It does appear as if her acting gets the more main focus of attention, a-la Hilary Duff.
teenager Posted January 3 Posted January 3 wish she’d focus on taking a social media project longer than 3 hours instead

All they’re claiming is “reach”. Rare does not do nothing itself, they just inject money on orgs who work with mental health, that I think is smart. If these orgs were not getting the money, all they needed to do was tell it
ForgottenSoul Posted January 3 Posted January 3 Honestly good for her fandom **** around singers must be so annoying.

ForgottenSoul Posted January 3 Posted January 3 I say good simply for her health as people are showing here , some people are just vile disgusting people./

I mean its good pop music and people here are acting like they were not bopping to her music lmfao. The fact people here are celebrating like wtf? no-one forced you to listen to her music.

Yeah these people are mad as hell lmfao I dont get it.
UnusualBoy Posted January 3 Posted January 3 She's not reliable... But hope it's good, Revival was a great album but Rare was bland af.

They’d just be given to another MPG. Selena is disposable like recycled trash.

Sure, those songs could have been given to someone else or not we will never know. Doesn’t matter because she recorded and released them and did them well. I didn’t say she was a prolific writer, singer, or performer. I said she released quite a few bops it’s really not that serious

BoDaToe Posted January 3 Posted January 3 The truth is the matter is she does need to choose. She put her acting career on hold to do music in the early 2010s, then she put them both on hold to make make up, now she’s trying to be an actress again. Like she really does just need to choose one but she doesn’t seem super passionate about any of them. She should go behind the scenes and produce tv/film and do her make up line.
