Yes. Apart from ROCK-STAR, they also owe 5-STAR a proper world tour. I refuse to believe a 10-date local tour is what they have to offer for a full album release. 

 

The 3rd world tour announcement was also the first thing mentioned on Step Out 2024 and they usually announce first what is mentioned first. R-S is too recent and I don't think they will wait so long to start what I believe to be their biggest tour to date, otherwise It would also finish late.
