The way shes throwing illit under the bus and not adressing the real issue is so weird

I think all these accusations and baits they threw at her because they really wanted her to step down She was trying to acquiring her company assets (eventually owning her company) so they possibly made these up to get her out

if everything is true 

 

leaking of company information can be a criminal act while no court will spend time if a kpop group is copying another concept 

 

not to mention, the company she is facing against is rubbing elbows with the chaebols and the government

 

even in the US, you wont win against a titan, what more in SK
