Since the Tommy Hilfiger brand ambassadorship is for the whole group, then I think every member will be invited to represent the brand? (if they were to attend the event)

Though I won't have my hopes up tbh.

If true, there's a chance just Bang Chan might go to represent the entire group's ambassadorship. All 8 going for Tommy means 8 slots filled when they might want to take more western celebrities

It doesn't make any sense the fact that we have to wait nearly two months to get a song.

You don't, just watch the morning show :cm:

Spoiler

Lee Know would probably be the first to sacrifice his spot and rather stay home, while playing with his stinky cats, so that's at least 1 member less?  :suburban:

But the first single (Bubble Gum - How Sweet) is the Korean one.

Is that for sure? Why is a Korean song the theme song for a japanese TV program :rip:

I honestly thought babymon could really work with 4 pieces member.

Asa, Ruka, Ahyeon and Pharita.

these four i feel like the only members that have stage charisma and feel like real idol, rami looks too old, Chiquita looks to young and rora just forgetable.

Id make them 5, take out pharita and rora

Well the press release says first Japanese album so if it's the theme song for a Japanese TV program and being teased for two months with a CM then it's Japanese which is standard for Jpop promotions

I understand.

It has been evident from the start MHJ isn't targeting Kpop fans but the general population for maximum awareness and appeal. That's how NJ ranked 1st in Korea on the Gallup poll, ahead of BTS and far ahead of other 4th gen groups. Getting her music and the members out there to reach to as many people as possible is her priority, and privileging association with popular brands and other respected organizations, outlets or celebrities over more traditional Kpop activities serve that strategy better.

I've liked everything about each rollout so far, however unorthodox or unusual it appears at 1st. I think it's smart, and clearly it has been paying off.

The way he always eats up gg choreos... Though the tail was not needed

NewJeans debuting in Japan with 4 original Japanese songs would be really cool and something that would make them gain a lot of goodwill tbh that's impressive

I don't think it's 4 Japanese songs, it's maybe half-half.

The reception on JPN social media have been really positive, with many people praising how much effort and work NJ and their team put into everything they do in Japan, a bit at the detriment of Korean fans, unfortunately. Tensions between Koreans and Japanese people are still a thing.

To be n°1 in both Korea and Japan at the same time is ambitious, let's see what happens. :gaycat5:

The live vocals, the looks, the energy...2nd gen excellence, they were truly giving it everything on these stages! :clap3:

They were doing all this while their company was stealing 90% of their incomes.

Babymonster is going to sell 500K or more, they have too many blink fans and it's a comeback, not their debut.
