Kpop fans need to be stopped. Imagine putting CL as an "honorable mention" but listing girls like Moon Sua, Exy, Akira and Mimi above her and more skilled on a top 10 list. The people who be making these videos don't even know anything about rap or what it takes to be considered a good rapper

The fact that the honorable mention are better than the list, then Yezi at Number 2 (who didn't even wrote all of her raps, matter of fact she was made fun of that one time when LE ghostwritten one of her raps and put her her tag name and LEGGO, EXID fan group in the verse) when LE her rap teacher being 6.
