But even using NJ, I still remember how bizarre it was Super Shy flew into Spotify US Top 10 when even songs like Austin by Dasha which are super viral right now on US TikTok has only peaked at #25.

I think with ILLIT, since its been awhile since NewJeans, people were really craving a "good" major girlgroup debut and not something that put people off at first like with NMIXX and BAEMON

The fact that it's painfully obvious that HYBE uses Discovery Mode and we've seen it multiple times with their acts and yet some girls still try to gaslight us into thinking it's organic. Please explain what's organic here:

That would be because Aespa would have taken almost 4 years to get there and their company doesn't have a history of digital manipulation. HYBE's Spotify "success" looks really similar to YG's YouTube "success" and it's a massive anomaly in K-pop. They couldn't make the payola more obvious.

Spotify recommending songs based on your musical taste? if it frustrates you so much you really can just turn it off or skip it. magnetic jumping from 1.3m to 2.1m isn't suspicious if you know that a) this their 1st full day tracking, b) literally going viral on tiktok, c) a hybe girl group, d) them performing well on Apple music and decently on kcharts , e) good and trendy music you

ILLIT success isn't that surprising y'all, they are literally just riding the trendy concepts in SK. This just goes to show that NewJeans' influence in kpop is just way too powerful. You want a hit? Just make a NJ-esque sounding kinda song and/or concept
