What do visuals have to do with her being boring? She just has no charisma and is not talented enough to make up for the lack of it. But the group has 7 members, so a few filler members is going to happen. You'll never get a 7 member girl group where all are equally popular and have the same charisma.

Ruka and Asa are amazingly talented for what they provide in the group, which is rap and dance

Chiquita, on the other hand, is cute but imo she is the weak link of the group. She's lukewarm both in vocals and dance, so I don't get why y'all keep on gassing her up as a "vital" member of the group

Being talented is great and I hope labels will never stop looking for genuinely talented singers / performers, but it doesn't mean much, if you don't have the "x-factor" that intrigues people.

 

Talented people flop in the enterainment business all the time because they don't have "IT", the thing that draws people in, makes the curious, makes them look at or listen to someone.

Her being uncharismatic is just your opinion though, because she literally gives everything when the camera is on her. And "not talented enough" is just being biased because objectively, she's literally the best singer in her group? Her vocals literally save Baemon's songs

 

Based on your logic, someone can be pretty and lackluster in all other aspects, yet they'd still be "entertaining" because of their visuals alone

 

However, if someone like Rami is amazing both in dance and singing, she's "boring" to you because she doesn't have the "visuals" you are looking for? 

 

I think you confusing visuals and charisma, and when someone doesn't have your preferred visual, you automatically think they have zero charisma
