Aesthetically this is a mix of NJ and KIOF but the song is straight up Itzy. Every time I see something like this it reminds me of how JYP squandered Itzy's niche / talent and is now resorting to throwing (good) songs at the wall in hopes that something sticks. I hope he falls over a pew and shatters his larynx.

Honestly, HEYA, Either Way, Accendio and Baddie were all excellent. I'd take quality over a smash of dubious quality (After LIKE) any day.

YG is heavily hip hop focused and they relied on whole gangsta / Were better than you aesthetics to sell. There is nothing much to experiment

 

 

WINNER is an anomaly but YG  fumbled the bag for them + their own controversies
