I'm assuming they waited until it became clear that he had to leave. Like SM is sh*t but I doubt if this leaked in June they would've axed him immediately….

And I know whoever SM paid to hide this must of gotten a huge check cause for this to not get leaked for 3 months is astonishing…

Wow I feel so bad for not knowing that was Jessica, I've been a casual SNSD fan for years and I didn't even recognize her. I don't follow Jessica as a soloist so I didn't recognize her at all.

It's unclear, some were speculating that Taeil could have hidden the investigation from SM for a while.

Personally I find it farfetched because they probably would have approached SM for questioning at some point. Not a lot of specifics have been revealed though.

I don't think the members have made any public comment about it and there's not enough information revealed on who knew what. Maybe those details could become known in time.

The only response so far is all members have immediately unfollowed him from their official accounts, plus NCT accounts unfollowed/removed him, as soon as SM made their official statement.
