dreamcatcher is apparently coming to my flop country ‪and they just announced purple kiss as the openers

 

edit: i think they are promoting at as some kind of festival but they are the only ones performing, dreamcatcher being the main act

It's not like the members will have bigger solo careers than the group career either etc., so I don't think they would risk their career like that

Them leaving doesn't mean the group disbanding.

The only group to ever renew with CUBE is BTOB and they did it to leave before the end of their contract.

 

The new people in CUBE and (G)I-DLE are always in conflict, and now YuQi & Shuhua are openly fighting with the company, it was Minnie complaining too not long ago. Miyeon has been annoyed that one of her solo songs went viral, but CUBE did nothing to promote it. Even Soyeon is joking about opening her own company as soon as their contract is over to take over (G)I-DLE.

Purple Kiss was supposed to have an European tour, but for some reasons RBW fumbled the bag, now they are opening for Dreamcatcher and another group.

K-pop groups opening for K-pop groups overall is a new concept for me. The only references I had came from groups from the same company. 

 

Anyway, I don't even know why this marketing tactic isn't more popular.

Dreamcatcher are all year long on the road and their tickets are expensive for no reasons, but good for them, cause that means they are making money.

Well, they signed BLACKPINK as a group. The thing is that IDLE members seem have much more ambition to work as a group than BLACKPINK at the moment, so If they re-sign I see the comebacks actually happening

BP are in a unique position, and it can't really be compared to other groups.

All BP members can thrive solo and make the same kind of fortune as soloists.
