So basically MJH bought 18% of share from Hybe this year, however, only 13% of that are sellable and if she wants to sell the rest she must be under Hybe's permission.

Now this is the tricky part, if MJH left Hybe/ ADOR it will triggers the non-competitive contract which prohibit her to work inside the industry. 

If she can't get Hybe's agreement on selling that 5% of share, she basically can not work inside this industry ever again. That's why she referred it as slave contract.

Hybe are trying to let her quit so they won't need to pay a huge load of severance pay, this is also why MJH didn't say she would quit or anything cos it will be used by Hybe.

Wait they can't fire her or would rather not?  She seems incredibly stubborn so what could they do to her besides try to hurt NewJeans which they probably don't want to do either? That seems good!
