Even though I do not like him, DOYOUNG can clearly cover Taeil's parts with relative ease.

 

And there are plenty of other members who can sing decently enough to cover other parts (YUTA, JUNGWOO, HAECHAN (even if his tone is so annoying) and of course JAEHYUN), so that Taeil leaving will have a very limited impact on the music.
