The girls are honoring all previous commitments and endorsements signed under ADOR so it can't be said that they breached the contract. So I think in the meantime they will not go by "NewJeans" officially for anything not signed under ADOR and their team followed

Idk I don't think the girls actually want to get sued. I saw a video that the girls did not introduce themselves as "NewJeans" in a Japanese promotion. I think they're smart enough to know they can't leave ADOR/HYBE and just expect to keep the name "NewJeans" when that trademark is owned by HYBE.

 

That would be like resigning from a company and expecting to keep the company phone, laptop, etc. Like, it wouldn't make sense and would make them entitled to take you to court if they wish. I genuinely do not think the girls have any desire to get sued.

There is a bigger scandal than New Jeans with HYBE, which is why Bang Si Hyuk hasn't been in Korea for quite some times now. 

 

He has been trading stocks up and down in a not so legal way. He might face 2 years of prison.
