First of all their name should be pronounced MEO-V-V it sounds better than "meow" whether you pronounce it in English or Koean. The song is just typical Teddy formula and that's tired at this point. The image, it's all been done. Babymonster's music is terrible but their last terrible song was at least trying to break free from the formula a bit.
