According to the articles, looks like his business partner forged 4-letter's signature to gain advances from distributors and whatnot, then did it again to transfer the money somewhere else. So, sounds like standard k-entertainment criminal activity. Konnect is a subsidiary of Kang Daniel's company, and the alleged perpetrator owned 70% of the shares, so closing it down probably the best way to reduce the incurred damages. If this were say a Bighybe subsidiary loading up on debt, maybe something fishy could be inferred. But this has the appearance of being an actual crime against Kang Daniel as the accused business partner disappeared rather than just making a girl group disappear.
