The reaction seemed to be very positive overall but seems like isn't the type of sound that gains tracking among KPOP fans even if they think it's great. Billboard as a publication has been generally great as far as I know. I'm questioning the motive behind the involvement of Kakao Ent and potential conflicts of interest. I know Kakao Ent own many businesses, they make for an ideal partner for foreign businesses looking to operate in Korea. I also know Kakao Ent and the parent company Kakao are mired in controversies, criminal activities and don't always run a clean business. Will Kakao Ent have some leverage over Billboard, and will it influence the type of work and content Billboard put out?
